Guidelines
- New admissions are conducted during February and March. Admission is generally offered for Nursery, while admissions to other classes up to Class VIII depend on the availability of seats.
- The minimum age for admission to Nursery is 3 years as of March.
- A valid Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Committee or Village Panchayat must be submitted at the time of admission.
- No student from Class 2 onwards will be admitted without a Transfer Certificate from the previous school, duly countersigned by the respective education officer.
- All documents submitted at the time of admission become the property of the school and will not be returned under any circumstances. Admission fees and other fees paid are non-refundable.
- Parents wishing to withdraw their child must submit a written request for the Transfer Certificate at least one week in advance.
- The School Leaving Certificate will be issued only after all pending school dues are cleared.
Withdrawal & Dismissal
Transfer & Discipline Guidelines
- A Transfer Certificate may be issued upon request at any time during the year. The application must be submitted in the prescribed format and countersigned by the parent or guardian.
- No Transfer Certificate will be issued until all school dues—including library, laboratory, and fee payments—are fully cleared.
- The school reserves the right to dismiss any student whose academic performance remains consistently unsatisfactory or whose behavior negatively affects others.
- Serious misconduct, grave insubordination, or disrespect toward authority may result in immediate dismissal.
